- Payments made for completed work, services, or third-party expenses are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project and work completed at the time of cancellation. If a project is canceled after work has started, payments for completed work and resources already used (including third-party expenses such as ad spend, hosting, or licensing fees) are non-refundable. Any agreed refund terms for a specific project will be documented in writing prior to project commencement.
5. Advertising & Marketing Services
For services such as Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns:
- DigiCore does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, rankings, leads, or business results, as performance depends on various factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and client offerings.
- Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta or other advertising networks are separate from DigiCore service fees.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, and claims comply with platform policies.
6. Revisions & Project Scope
- Each project includes revisions according to the agreed scope.
- Additional requests, features, revisions, or changes outside the original agreement may result in additional charges.
- Major changes after approval of concepts, designs, websites, or strategies may be considered a new project.
7. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership
- Final deliverables, including websites, designs, marketing assets, or other materials, become the client's property after full payment is received.
- DigiCore reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, case studies, and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
- Any unused concepts, drafts, strategies, or internal resources remain the intellectual property of DigiCore.
8. Use of AI-Generated Content
DigiCore may use AI-powered tools (such as Claude, Lovable.dev, or similar platforms) as part of the creative, development, and automation process for client projects. AI tools may assist with drafting copy, generating design variations, building automations, or supporting development workflows. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and refined by DigiCore's team before delivery. Upon full payment, ownership of the final, delivered work transfers to the client as described in Section 7, regardless of whether AI tools were used in its creation. Clients are encouraged to independently verify any AI-generated factual claims, statistics, or compliance-related content included in deliverables.
9. Project Cancellation
